Where are you located?

We are in Beirut, Lebanon - Hazmieh road behind City Center, Chevrolet Intersection, facing Alfa building, Palm Center, 2nd Floor.

Do you offer in-person workshops?

Yes. We host hands-on workshops in Resin, Jesmonite, and Candle Making. Check the Workshop page for the next date and register via WhatsApp.

What materials do I need for a workshop?

All materials and tools are provided during the session. Just bring yourself - and optionally an apron if you prefer.

How do I register for a workshop?

Open the Workshop page, check the date, then tap Register Now. You will be redirected to WhatsApp with the workshop name and date ready.

Do you ship across Lebanon?

Yes, we deliver across Lebanon. Delivery time and fees depend on your area and order size. Exact details appear at checkout.

Can I pick up my order from the store?

Yes. Choose store pickup at checkout (when available) or message us on WhatsApp to arrange a pickup time at Palm Center.

What payment methods do you accept?

You can pay online through the methods available at checkout, or ask us on WhatsApp for cash / in-store payment options.

Do you sell beginner kits?

Yes. We stock beginner-friendly kits and supplies for resin, candles, and Jesmonite so you can start creating at home.

Can I return or exchange a product?

Unused items in original condition may be eligible for exchange. Contact us within a few days of delivery with your order details and we will help you.
